You can reach us by car from the nearest major cities Munchen, Salzburg, Vienna and Innsbruck.


Arriving from Munchen. Driving instructions:

The distance from Munchen to Niederau is 114 km.

6km after leaving Munchen, turn left on A8 towards Salzburg, Nurnberg and Munchen and drive 58km. 25 km on A93 / E45 and you will reach the Austrian border.
Later head on A12 / E45 / E60 and drive for 19km.
Take B171-Pass Worgl - Mauth - Niederau for a total of about 8km and you will arrive in Niederau.


Driving from Salzburg, follow the route:

From Salzburg to Niederau are 134 km.

Leave Salzburg and after 4km take B155 and then A1 / E60.
9km more and you will enter into Germany.
A8 / E52 is the right highway - drive for 70km.
Then 25 km on A93 and you will enter into Austria.
A12 / E45 / E60 (19km), B171 - Pass Worgl - Mauth - Niederau for a total of about 7km and you will arrive in Niederau.


Driving from Vienna

The distance between Vienna and Niederau is 429 km. Follow the instructions:

Leave Vienna and after 15km take B1, then A1 for 292km.
German border is the next point, after which you have to head on A8 / E52 (70 km).
25 km on A93 and you will enter into Austria.
Then head on A12 / E45 /E60 for 19km, B171 (400m), then Pass Worgl - Mauth - Niederau for approx. 7km and you will reach Niederau.


Driving from Innsbruck

The distance Innsbruck- Niederau is 72km. Follow the driving instructions:

3km after Innsbruck, take B182 for a kilometer, then A13 / E45 for about 4km and A12 / E45 / E60 for 56km.
B171 for about 3km, Pass Worgl - Mauth - Niederau for about 7km and you will arrive in Niederau.


By train:
Trains are available from Innsbruck. The nearest railway station is the Worgl station, from where you can take a bus or taxi to Niederau. In addition, many hotels have their own pick-up service.


By bus:
The bus service to Worgl is in each 25min.


By airplane:
The nearest airports are in Munich (155 km away), Salzburg (110 km away) or 2.45min transfer time and Innsbruck (75 km away) or transfer time: 1.5h. Bus or train is the transportation available from there. There is also a rent-a-car service offered, as well as transfer service on request.

A "Bummelzug" (slow mini-train) runs along the road through panoramic places of interest in the valley.
