Have you thought of a winter vacation within the luxury of a mega resort with huge hotels and modern big centers, large streets and stylish clubs… Or do you dream of something a bit different. What you will find in Fieberbrunn is the Austrian traditional approach to holidays – charming and cheerful, of its own character. And you will like it. The village is situated in the heart of the Kitzbuheler Alps, between the top resorts of Kitzbuhel and Saalbach. It has preserved the spirit of Austrian mountains in casual apres-ski, friendly atmosphere and some great skiing above all. The resort offers access to pistes located at between 800 and 2020 m above sea level, mostly catering for intermediate skiers. Beginners will find the gentle slopes around the central gondola, and the instructors of the local skiing school will help them improve on the runs. Intermediate skiers will be delighted by the plenty of opportunities to practice around the village – 63% of the downhill runs are set to correspond to their abilities. As to advanced and experts, 11% of the runs are suitable for better skiers, but the best among them will not be challenged. Still some great off-piste is available. The resort is part of the so-called Snow Corner or Schneewinkel Skiing area, which encompasses the resorts of St Johann in Tirol and and Waidring and offers direct access to 170 km of skiable terrains. Cross country skiers will be delighted by the 35 km of magnificent marked trails.
Fieberbrunn enjoys singular popularity with snowboarders. It has a free-riding terrain of fantastic opportunities, a half-pipe and plenty of off-piste to explore. The resort hosts the annual competition Lords on the Boards.

When off the slopes, try some of the additional activities offered – curling, skating on the ice-rink, tobogganing or paragliding. Enjoy romantic walks along the winding mountain paths in the midst of beautiful snow white scenery or take a ride on a sleigh with a loved-one…. An adventure pool and sauna will offer you the relaxation you need after the skiing day.

Apres-ski will take you on a trip into the real Austrian spirit – cheerful and informal atmosphere, live music and lots of beer! You will find it all in the cafes and bars in the resort and perched on the slopes. The restaurants here offer traditional and international cuisine and as the rest of the village, will warmly welcome you. There is a nightclub to grant you plenty of fun, but still if you are a wilder fan of nightlife adventures, one to recommend is the livelier Kitzbuhel nearby.
