Fans of skiing will find at Pichl / Reiteralm ski area a superb skiing conditions as almost 100% of the slopes are provided with the snow making facilities. Except for the alpine skiing possibilities, there is 20 km of cross country skiing routes.

Together with 4 other villages Pichl is a part of the big Dachstein-Tauern skiing area, interconnected by the ski bus, giving you the access to over 220 km of pistes and 100 lifts in Schladming, Pichl, Ramsau and Haus. Prices: 39 EUR – 1-day ski pass and 182 EUR – 6-day ski pass.

Beginning from the summer 2007 a new "All-inclusive Somemrcard" is available at numerous lodgings. This card enables mostly unlimited access to many regional attractions and discounts.
