Arriving from Munchen. Driving instructions:

The distance from Munchen to Flachau is 202km.

6km after leaving Munchen, turn left on A8 towards Salzburg, Nurnberg and Munchen and drive 126km.
Entry into Austria follows, after which you have to take A1 / E52 / E60 for 3.5km and head towards Italy, Slovenia, etc.
Close to Salzburg take A10 / E55 for 65km and take the Exit 66 towards Flachau.
At the roundabout take the 3rd exit and head along Flachauer Straße.
After 100m you will arrive in Flachau.


Driving from Salzburg, follow the route:

From Salzburg to Flachau are 70km.

Leave Salzburg and after 4.5 km turn right and head on A10 / E55 towards Graz and Villach (59km).
Take the exit towards Exit 66 and Flachau.
At the roundabout direct towards the 3rd exit and continue along Flachauer Straße towards Flachau and after 100m you will be in the resort.


Driving from Vienna

The distance between Vienna and Flachau is 323km. Follow the instructions:

Leave Vienna and after 4km you need to take A4 towards Graz, Linz, Bratislava, Budapest.
Head towards Prague, Brno, Graz and Linz.
Take: A23 / E59 / E60 towards: Italy, Slovenia, Germany for 9.5km
Take A2/E59 for 54km
Head towards Bruck an der Mur, Semmering, Neunkirchen West
Take S6 and head towards Graz, Salzburg, Linz for 105km
Head towards Salzburg and Linz
Take A9 / E57 for 64km
Take the exit towards Salzburg, Liezen and Schladming
Close to Liezen, take: B320 / E651 for 73km
Close to Radstadt, take: B99 / E651 for 5km
Take: E651 for 0.9km
Turn right: A10 / E55 towards: Villach and Flachau and drive for 5km.
Take the exit towards Exit 66 and Flachau and after heading to the 3rd exit for Flachauer Straße, 100m more and you will be in Flachau.


Driving from Innsbruck

The distance Innsbruck-Flachau is 242km. Follow the driving instructions:

After Innsbruck drive 4km and then take A12 / E45 / E60 towards: Salzburg and Munchen for 74km.
The next will be the entry in Germany, afterwards you should take A93 / E45 for 26km and head towards Exit 56 and Salzburg.
68km on A8 / E52 and you will enter Austria.
On A1 / E52 / E60 head towards Italy and Slovenia for about 3km.
Close to Salzburg take A10 / E55 for 65km and after Exit 66, take direction to the 3rd exit on the roundabout.
100m on Flachauer Straße and you will arrive in Flachau.


From the north and south you can reach Flachau:

From Salzburg (70 km) or Villach (100 km) by Tauernautobahn (A10) motorway to the Flachau or Flachauwinkl exit


By plane:
The nearest airports are Salzburg (70 km) or Munchen (250 km), then you can reach Flachau by train, bus or taxi. Numerous flights are available.


By rail
There is a train option to the Radstadt railway station in the Province of Salzburg. Then you can continue by bus or taxi to Flachau, which is 10km away.
