By car:
Coming from the west or North, follow Tauern Motorway. Take the exit to Spittal and then continue towards Lendorf. Short drive after you pass by Moelbruecke you will reach Obervellach. Another option is to take the Bischofshofen exit of the Tauern Motorway and continue towards Gasteinertal valley. After Boeckstein continue towards Mallnitz and then to Obervellach.

Coming from the east you should drive along the Suedautobahn towards Graz. After Graz head towards Klagenfurt and continue to Villach. The follow the directions described in the first option.


By train:
Take the train to Villach and the transfer to reach Mallnitz/Obervellach railway station.


By plane:
The closest airport is Klagenfurt.
