Ski & Local Heritage Museum
( 19 km away from Lech, 10 km away from Zurs )
The resort of St. Anton has an interesting history, and the local heritage museum at Rudi-Matt-Weg 10 chronicles it in an informative way. There are some good photos to look at. Situated above the Kandahar House (restaurant and historical monument in itself), it consists of a series of small rooms presenting local history. One wall is devoted to the Brotherhood of St. Christoph, a charity organization first founded in the 1300s. Today it is a multinational organization with 14 000 members. Another room is dedicated to the construction of the railroad through Arlberg Pass. It was completed in the late 19th century.

St. Anton parish church
( 19 km away from Lech, 10 km away from Zurs )
The square nave, the vestry, the gallery, one side chapel, and the second tower of the Parish Church date from 1932. The church itself was consecrated in 1698. The restoration in 1932 was carried out in compliance with plans of Clemens Holzmeister. Hans Andre embellished the interior with ornaments in 1952. A second gallery was added in 1964. The facade was renovated in 1994. This church is part of the village's local heritage and an interesting attraction.

Innsbruck
( 116 km away from Lech, 97 km away from St. Anton, 107 km away from Zurs )
Attractions in Innsbruck include the famous Golden Roof, built by Emperor Maximilian I, the Dom zu St. Jakob, the Bergiselchanze, the tomb of Emperor Maximilian I, and the historical Wilten district. The last was named after Veldidena, an ancient Roman settlement in the area. The Golden Roof is named after the gold-plated tiles embellishing it. The reliefs on the balcony show coats of arms and other symbols of the life of the emperor. The city is also home to many exciting annual festivals and other events. It is a top ski destination and a city with a rich history, founded over eight centuries ago. Innsbruck is also famous for its university, the focal point of its cultural scene.
